I just bought my car and was going in for my first carwash. I am also a neighbor and live just 2 blocks away from Firehouse. I would love to go to Fire House Car Wash...but they are not interested in my business. I waited today for 10 minutes for someone to come take my service request. 2 people were on the phone...3 were smoking and know one acknowledged my existence. I had to go inside and ask if anyone was working. The manager came out...phone in ear...I was dumbfounded and decided if they couldn't acknowledge me than how poorly will they clean my brand new car. I left..
