First of all I never once got to speak to the mechanic that worked on my car. Therefore the work to be done was not explained in detail, how much they charge per hour and if they have a markup on parts. I never viewed the problem they claimed to find nor the location of the parts to be replaced. After the work was done i did not see the old parts they had replaced. The prices they charged after I researched them online were way higher then market. I have no idea where they get their parts and how much they paid and what they charged me. If you do let them
