Cost Plus Electrical Supply will not stand behind defective products. We obtained about 20 recessed can lights (IC rated) from Cost Plus Electrical Supply and some of them happened to be defective... the can lights would overheat and shut off. I know that defective products sometimes happen and that these problems can be solved. But after weeks of collecting receipts and related information for Mr. Eric Hardin at Cost Plus he told us that Cost Plus is; - "just a middleman", - "has no liability", and - "will see no such agreement
