Fred's service allowed our tank to go to empty (zero pressure) causing a gas leak inside the house. The Fire Department was engaged and was very surprised that the Propane Service allowed this very dangerous situation to occur. Fred's Propane has been disdainful in their response and did not offer any sort of reparation. They also insisted that the address is on a 'will call' schedule. This "will call" schedule has not been the case in over 15 years and is no excuse for allowing this situation to happen. The last fill up was in November and it is now Mar
