I would NOT recommend renting from the Kremmling Apartments. The manager of the complex Joe is disorganized and insidious towards tenants and is unable to keep track of past payments. He%u2019s also notorious for agreeing to something and not following through. We were without television the entire summer and no cable repairman was called. When it came time to collect on our security deposit the owner Shelly Cecil delayed past the required 30 days after vacancy and found hidden charges to take away from the proclaimed paid in full status.
