Don't use these people. I sent my Merrell Wilderness Boots up to them. They came back with the new soles already beginning to separate/delaminate. Sent them back. They came back with the new soles already beginning to separate/delaminate but with screws holding the sole in place in the toe. Finally sent them to Dave Page in Seattle. He fixed them. Never got a refund or even a reply from Rocky Mountain Resole after the second time. Don't waste your time or money with Rocky Mountain Resole.
