I don%u2019t know how they are still in business. I wish I would have read other reviews before ordering through them. I ordered 1 item through them 7 weeks ago. They charged my card the day I ordered it so I figured I would receive my Harness I ordered within 2 weeks. I thought it was weird they never sent me a shipping confirmation. So 2 weeks after I ordered it I called and talked with Natasha which I ended up talking with multiple times over the last month and a half.
