I can't wait to see how I am attacked for simply sharing my story. (Penfield Service Center seems to monitor these review boards with what appears to be fake loyalists essentially calling negative reviewers idiots). How about $335 to repair a cig lighter power outlet? In fairness, they called ahead of time to tell me they'd have to take off the console to get at the cig lighter wires. Having done it myself previously (a 10 minute job at most), I said "sure, go ahead". Took them 2 1/2 hours (supposedly) at $129/hour to "solder w
