I had the rocker panel ripped off my car at this car wash. The manager did not want to give the the time of day. He did not want to help me, did not apologize, and told me the panel had to have been loose to come off. It was not loose and it was ripped off. Half of the side clips were broken right off. So use this place at your peril. For me, I'm going to hand wash my car from now on.
