I took my family out to Hartford and we decided to eat at Arch St Tavern. The waitress looked like she was a mess! So I overlooked that and placed an order for food and waited 30 min for the food to come out. It was awful how could you sc$$w up a burgers and fries? They sure did maybe because the staff was running into the bathroom to do lines of lines! Wow I guess you could go every where in Hartford too get drugs even at the World Famous Tavern!
