If you want personal service, knowledgable staff, friendly people and old time customer care go to the Madison Wine SHop. They have free wine tastings every weekend. When I went in I was greeted at the door with a big hello, and how can I help you. I had a dinner party and had people coming to the house and need wine pairing for my courses. Pat, who by the way is not only knowledgeable about wine, but is a Chef, helped me. Her selections were terrific, and the party was a success! They wrap for free, and carry your wine to the car. Excellent customer service. Thank y
