Inefficient management and sales associates. They do not genuinely care about or appreciate their customers. Have ordered sofas, chairs, dining and bedroom sets, most were damaged upon arrival. Management unwilling to reconcile their mistakes. Thought I could shop locally, wrong, taking my business elsewhere!
