Jackie asked me this a.m. how to go about determining %u201Cmust haves%u201D for Hot Jobs; when I asked why, she said you had called to see if she could assist you with this responsibility. My response was (obviously) %u201Cwell, Chad should know what the %u2018must haves%u2019 are for his clients Hot Jobs, not you%u201D; and there was apparently some confusion as you had asked her to fill this section in on our Hot Jobs sheet, by simply going off of a job spec. You know as well as I that the majority of job specs are, at best, mediocre
