Terrible return policy. I was replacing a thermostat in my home and am a fan of shopping local so I went to Kennecticut Hardware. Purchased one I believed fit the area of the old thermostat. When I got home and opened the packaging, the mounting area lined up right in the middle of my electical box, and obviously wouldnt fit. Brought back to store to be informed no returns on electrical supplies. Going back to shopping BIG BOX where i don't have to worry about my mistake. Kennecticut Hardware certainly does not stand behind their products. Now i'm stuck with
