Not sure if my review got posted. I only get to be at Baubles about twice a year as I don't wear sterling silver and only wear gold! Plus I have two small boys.I do however, take my watches there for battery changes and it has always been a positive experience.I feel badly as I am usually in need of the one watch as it is my favorite and they are so kind to do it while I wait.My Chopard Happy watch does take longer and I have always had a positive experience. If I loved sterling silver,I'd be back more often.
