Our dog had injured her ears. An acquaintance had recommended this outfit, so we brought her to this hospital. The staff and doctor were less than pleasant: they were so busy not listening to us and trying to make us feel that her hurting her ears was all our fault that they couldn't be bothered supplying us with the necessary meds or even an e-collar, which she needed. They did not appear to care that a little puppy was going to have disfigured ears for the rest of her life. All in a day's work!
