Chaplin Kawasaki sucks! Check out their "F" rating with The BBB because of so many other people filing complaints against them! The service guy Kevin is good and knows his stuff, but the owners Kenny Ives and his wife Jess are criminals! They lied to my face and tried to rip me off when I brought in my bike for a tune up they did unauthorized work and tried to charge me more then double what I had agreed for! They were so rude and verbally abusive that I had to go down there with a lawyer and threaten to call the police unless they negotiate a lesser amount an
