The WORST! The law allows doctors to choose whether to write a 1-year prescription or a 2-year prescription for contact lenses. They absolutely refuse to write a 2-year prescription -- even though my insurance only covers office visits every other year. They obviously just want to juice the patient every year - even if the patient has to pay 100% out of pocket. I told them that I could not afford to pay for unnecessary visits and I'd have to change doctors if they would not write a longer prescription (like every other doctor I've gone to in the past%2
