I bought a Toro mower at Home Depot in Berlin and used it once in July. When I took it out in August, it wouldn't start at all (guaranteed to start on 2nd pull). I discovered Butler was a warrantee service provider so I brought it there. Was told (for $35) that it was "bad gas". They flushed system, put in their gas, and it started on 3rd pull then ran rough. They agreed it needed a new carburator -- when I picked it up the second time (mid September), it started OK but ran rough (surged). Mechanic said "We don't manufacture 'em." Was
