I was looking for a professional towing service and found that when the tow truck operator arrived he began to harass me asking me personal questions and even told me he would only charge me $25 if I was willing to answer his questions. I felt very uncomfortable and told him I would contact authorities if he did not leave. I had to call another tow company for assistance. I reported the incident to the manager and was told to brush it off. Very unprofessional.
