This building was originally meant for handicaps nd elderly .. Now over my grandmother has resided here for over 17 yrs nd now they r section 8 accepting anyone who comes to apply even those who do do not respect this building or their own home over the yrs they have had 2 deaths caused over 20 times that the fire department had to b here nd all of this bought on from one of the managers Dora hallmark she has repeated alligations against her as far as her in different types of drugs married to one of tenants who was willing to testify against her my grandmother has had t
