i would give this store negative stars if i could... made a big mistake in buying a bike here and it was terrible - customer service was always rude and incompetent, and they could never adjust my bike properly, even though it was brand new and i brought it in several times to get it done. they close on random days without notice, tried to rip me off once by replacing one of my parts unnecessarily (i know this because i luckily double checked the problem with another store, who fixed it for free), and when i tried to make the owner aware of his staff's short
