Short story. They came to repair glass chip. Broke windscreen and ended up costing me over $ 1000 and this is the email they sent - great service !!! On Aug 25, 2009, mike lattomus first of all i would like to say that haven't been feeling well since last Friday with the flue, However i have not checked voice mails or emails until tonight. i just spoke to my installer that came out to your wife for the repair & he informed her that it could spread before starting the repair, Mike is a certified tech with over 20 years service in the field including manger & shop owner.
