BAD! BAD! BAD! First off, I had an accident and they happened to be the tow company that the other party called. I could not reach my garage, so my friend asked their driver to tow my car to my garage. (while I was on my way to the hospital via ambulance) They refused to tow the car to the garage I had requested. Then they refused to allow anyone except me to pick up the car. I was on my way to pick up the car and called them to let them know. They said I had to pay CASH for the tow & storage. no visa, no MC, no check. CASH only! I told them I would be
