I had a large lump the size of half a golf ball come up literally overnight on the front of my neck when I was 32 years old. Since it was discovered at noon on a Friday, I went to an urgent care clinic where the doctor thought it was a thyroid goiter and suggested I see an endocrinologist immediately. On Monday, I saw Dr. Parbhoo.
