In such a difficult and sad time at the passing of our beloved pet, the owner was wonderful to work with. Lorin worked with us to schedule our cremation and was very compassionate. We were able to view the entire cremation process. The process took about an hour and a half and we were able to take the ashes of our beloved cat home. We never had to "give up our cat" to someone and then wait a week or more for the ashes to be returned. We also did not have to question whether the ashes were of our pet or not.
