I tried using a small local business and found this one - unfortunately. I took in a chainsaw for an estimate/opinion. I know it needed the chain sharpened and possibly a tune-up. The wife of owner called saying it would be $90 for both. I declined because I could buy a new chainsaw for a few dollars more. I went to pick mine up and she gave it to me in the case - in pieces! She states he has to fully get in there and break it apart for an accurate estimate, but that they would put it back together for $20. I bring in a working chainsaw and get a case full of pieces
