My family visits the Jensen Beach, Florida Cracker Barell every Saturday night so my picky daughter can order the chicken and rice dinner and to see Heather our favoirte waitress. We were disappointed when at 6:30p.m. they had run out of chicken and rice and we did not get Heather as our waitress. Our server Kathleen was slow and did not refresh our tea.We were disappointed in this visit and will only be seated with Heather.She always remembers our favorite items and makes sure we get iced tea as needed. Thank you
