My mother & father in law recommended this company when we needed help removing tile from our home. It was a small amount, but I was up-front about that, and they didn't say that it was a problem. I was told they would call the day to come look at the job. No call. I called again, was told "tomorrow". Again, no call, and the same the next day. I called again, they scheduled an appointment for the following afternoon. No call and NO SHOW. They called the next morning, said they would be there in the afternoon.
