Joe Landers is the property manager and sold himself well like any self respecting used car salesman would do just to get your business. Once we were under contract the "lemon" showed its true colors. There has been a serious lack of communication in handling the management of our rental property. Joe has been short and rude with us when we requested that he let us know what is going on with our property. He acts like it a a bother anytime he has to do anything other than collect rent.
