Do not use this guy! He seems nice when you talk to him but he doesn't do the work he says he will do. We hired and paid him $700 cash to fix what someone else messed up and after a long conversation about what needed to happen he did not do the work as promised. He was supposed to remove the old unsanded grout from our shower and re-grout with sanded and he didn't. He just put the new grout right on top of the old.
