This is what I have experienced at this Winn Dixie on Hwy 231 in Panama City. I would shop at this Winn Dixie since it was close to home if I only needed like one or two items and didn't have an hour to waste at Wal Mart getting what I needed. The Winn Dixie store is quiet and there isn't a lot of people shopping. Check everything you buy there. The bread or tortilla shells are either going to be dry, hard, or have mold.
