Review

This facility is run by the most unprofessional DON/Administrator/Risk Manager you will ever meet. They think screaming and cursing in front of residents is fine and they are always understaffed. They work their employees to the bone and show no remorse when they need more staffing..as a matter of fact, they just don't answer their calls when they are on-call and worst of all, the residents suffer while the nurses and cna's try to do their job with little help.
