My experience with the All Area team was great. Because of their relationship with FPL I was able to get an energy efficient metal roof for only a few hundred dollars more and I still saved money. The next lowest bid was $1500 more and was for asphalt shingles.They spent time to explain my options and told me how I could save money by going green. If FPl estimates are correct, I expect my new metal roof to pay for itself over time. I was concerned about the possible noise of heavy rain on a metal roof, but a day or so after the installation we had some severe weath
