Sadly, we purchased our carpet from AR Discount Carpet. The service in the store was mediocre, however the service when something went wrong was downright unprofessional!! The carpet buckled within the first year in two bedrooms & the hallway (which were the guest rooms with only occasional use). I called them and explained we would be moving and would it be reasonable to wait until we moved out of the house to have it restretched and I was told it would be fine.
