Worst costumer service I have ever experienced! I am a local of the area and was extremly disappointed! The waitress did not tell us that the downstairs area was closing she just brought us our checks when we weren't finished. They added a 18% gratuity to our check with shows there was only a party of 4 and the menu says it is automatically entered on a party of 7 or more. The closing busser stared at us waiting for us to leave, when I said something to her she repied "I am the closer and can stare where ever I want."
