Dr. Rankin is a dedicated professional and a nice man. He is too busy to see patients, so hes PA's see patients. I am an English professor (the webpage said to divulge this) and my father, 81, needed a general evaluation. PA Melissa Kraft was rude, saying his caregiver was stupid, and I did not care enough to accompany Dad to the Doctor's. She ordered us to the ER for tests which they do not perform, and then called the Dr. there, Dr. Ivan, incompetent.I doubt Dr. Rankin knows any of this, but our whole family has moved to Dr. Hill, a former partner of Rankin's.
