Review
I went to Virgie's on Sunday,Aug. 23 and they were busy. Virgie herself did my "cut" if you want to call it that. I was in her chair for approximately 5 minutes-hair was cut dry-maybe made 15 cuts to hair-and she called herself done. Charged me full price-$13.95-and hair looks bad. Would not go back to this salon.
