The owner is horrible. I was picked up at 5:30 am for an appointment I had to be at before 9am to get my medication. Shannon kept calling the driver giving her more pick ups making the route so long I would not make it to my clinic before 9am to check in. I asked to be taken home and he refused to let the driver take me home. I did not arrive at my appointment until 9:13 so the window was closed and I was not able to get my medication. Had they taken me home when I asked I could have made other arrangements to get there on time. I had to wait an hour and a half for the
