Woof Play Care center seemed like a good alternative to a standard caged kennel. Our dog spent four full days with the friendly staff, and was groomed at the start of the fifth day. We were very disappointed with the quality of care and will be requesting a partial refund. Our 18lb dog entered the facility clean, flea free, with a collar, and happy. He left with a deep cut to the top of his head, hives, fleas, and missing a collar. I believe that these folks want to help animals by keeping them out of cages, but I don't believe they are supervised constantly while the
