Diamond Suzuki advertises as being "A Cut Above The Rest", and says "We want to do everything we can to make sure your experience with us is 100% positive". My question is, is this conditional, do they choose the customers they want to have a positive experience or do they want everyone to have a positive experience? I am not a happy customer. They have not even tried to make me happy. They stated they did me a favor when they sold me my car.
