The owner of Pro Home Medical is responsible for the actions of its company and its employees. I own a Jazzy 1121 tilt wheelchair with a custom made memory foam back and custom soft foam arm pads. It is my back up wheelchair should my primary wheelchair (which was purchased from Pro Home) break down. In December of 2009 a technician took my back up Jazzy wheelchair to repair the tilt function.
