My husband recently rented a suit from Frank's. When he tried it on just prior to a wedding we were attending, it was quite evident that Frank did not tailor the suit to fit my husband, though he made all the marks he needed to when he fit my husband. I should've known there was a problem when I picked the suit up - Frank couldn't find it. When my husband returned the suit, Frank didn't care whatsoever that the suit in no way fit my husband, nor the fact that he couldn't wear it at all.
