Was going to buy a GM crate engine, But had mine built instead. Saved $1600 over the crate engine and got more horsepower too. They told me expect 475HP @ 5800 rpm, I had it dynoed for break in and was shocked when it made 508Hp ! my 73 Z-28 is happy now. This is a small shop but the service here is A , they know how to make it go fast 7 at a reasonable price.
