DANGER!! Stay away! I own a rental home in Port St Joe and hired Charles Hanlon to install a new heat pump in July 2013. He never came back to finish the job so the heater never worked and the A/C only worked for a short time before it stopped. After many weeks of trying to resolve the issue including calling the police who wonderfully calld him for me, I gave up. I hired another company out of Panama to complete the job. I could go on and on about the excuses this guy made up but I think everyone gets the point. The nice gentleman who finished the job told me
