We originally moved into these apartments because they were close to the school house for EOD school and because they were cheap. We found out shortly after we got the keys that it was not worth it no matter what the price was. The day we moved in to the "just cleaned" unit we found cat feces in the downstairs closet. The paint job was missing horrible they missed spots all over the place and there were several large water spots on the ceiling. Also the carpet was so dirty that it turned bare feet black.
