Fridge wasn't cooling and was referred to courtyard by a coworker....tech showed up only to tell me it was my outlet was loose....he then plugged my fridge into one of our extension cords only to find out when hubby came home nothing was wrong with our outlet but that when the tech unplugged it he actually reset the fridge causing it to work. Hubby and I also noticed that the coils needed cleaning which the tech should have at least noticed the coils and cleaned it for the 65$ I spent! $65 for unplugging the fridge! Expensive in my eyes oh and they didn't take
