Jean and Bill are the management here. They have their favorite tenants and the rest are constantly harassed, belittled and talked to in an argumentative and condescendingly way. They will make it a point to drive around at night in their golf carts to see if anyone is doing anything wrong or their lot doesn't look up to par. By the way, all the yards are kept up and it is a nice quiet neighborhood with nice people. Unfortunately, The two above mentioned people make up new rules throughout the year that are not in the annual lease you must sign. They run this place
