This is the worst park in Bradenton, Florida. Lot rents have gone up 10% every year since the park was purchased by a man named Franks. No park maintenance to speak of, rules are not enforced, no on site management or security and no amenities. Requests made of the owner of the park are never answered. Bulldoze it and make a parking lot.
