You first have to understand that merchants have the option of dumping negative reviews of their property here on Local.com. Having said that you might understand why you seldom see bad reviews for ho-hum restaurants! We've eaten at Crackers maybe 3 times in the last 10 years...usually when the thought of self-preservation is at it's lowest. The place is a tourist-trap with "tweenager" on staff (a mix of teens and twenty-somethings) that could give two-hoots about your experience or food. Consider this barely above McDonalds in quality and quantity...with a MUCH more que
